1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") form a binding contract between you ("User" or "Player") and betlah ("Platform", "We", "Company"). This Agreement governs your use of the betlah website and all services, games and features available on it.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the betlah platform, you clearly confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all terms stated in this document. If you do not agree with any provision, you are required to stop using this platform immediately.

This document covers betlah's main policies including account rules, bonus terms, payment rules and player responsibilities. Supplementary documents such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling policy form part of this overall agreement and should be read together with this document.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Use of the betlah platform is restricted to individuals aged 21 and above only. This is a legal requirement that cannot be waived. betlah reserves the right to request proof of age at any stage, and accounts that cannot verify the minimum age will be suspended and funds returned after the investigation is complete.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account. Holding multiple accounts is a serious breach of these Terms and Conditions. If multiple accounts are detected under the same name, device, IP address or payment details, betlah reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit all balances, bonuses and winnings without notice.

2.3 Registration Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and current. This includes full name, date of birth, identification card number (MyKad), mobile phone number and an active email address. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for account closure and forfeiture of winnings.

2.4 Identity Verification

betlah carries out Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to meet international licensing requirements. You may be asked to submit identity verification documents before any withdrawal is processed. Accepted documents include a valid MyKad, passport or Malaysian driving licence.

3. User Account and Security

3.1 Security Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. betlah will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.

You must notify betlah immediately via live chat or email if you suspect that your account has been accessed by a third party without your authorisation.

3.2 Account Usage

A betlah account is for the personal use of the registered player only. You are prohibited from sharing login details, lending your account to others, or allowing any third party to use your account for any reason. All transactions and activities under your account are considered to have been carried out by you personally.

3.3 Updating Your Information

You are responsible for ensuring that your account information is kept up to date. If there are changes to your mobile phone number, email address or payment details, please contact the betlah support team to make the necessary updates.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

betlah accepts deposits through the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX (including various Malaysian local banks), ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies namely USDT, BTC and ETH.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM10, regardless of the payment method chosen. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, however betlah reserves the right to apply specific limits based on account status and risk assessment.

4.3 Transaction Security

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Using another person's bank account, e-wallet or payment method is prohibited. betlah reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification of payment account ownership is complete.

betlah does not charge any deposit processing fees. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges according to their respective policies.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed using the same payment method as the deposit, or another method approved by betlah.

5.2 Processing Time

betlah aims to process all withdrawal requests within 5 to 30 minutes after the request is received and verified. This period may be longer in certain circumstances such as KYC verification requirements or additional security checks.

5.3 Pre-Withdrawal Requirements

• Identity verification (KYC) must be fully completed before the first withdrawal is approved.
• All applicable bonus wagering requirements must be met before related winnings can be withdrawn.
• betlah reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for any withdrawal request that requires further review.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

betlah offers a welcome bonus of 100% on the first deposit up to RM300. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount before any withdrawal is permitted.

Calculation example: If you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM100, bringing your balance to RM200. Your wagering requirement is RM100 × 20 = RM2,000. If you deposit RM800, the maximum bonus is RM300, bringing the balance to RM1,100, with a wagering requirement of RM300 × 20 = RM6,000.

6.2 Other Promotions

betlah offers various ongoing promotions from time to time, including weekly cashback through the VIP programme, game-specific bonuses and seasonal promotions. Each promotion has its own terms and conditions stated on the relevant promotions page.

6.3 VIP Programme

betlah runs a five-tier VIP programme: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. VIP members enjoy weekly cashback — Bronze up to 0.3%, Silver up to 0.6%, Gold up to 0.9%, Platinum up to 1.2%, and Diamond up to 1.5%. Tier upgrades depend on consistent playing activity and player loyalty.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

betlah strictly prohibits all forms of bonus abuse including using multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, hedge betting designed to meet requirements without real risk, or any other technique deemed improper by betlah. Such violations may result in bonus cancellation, forfeiture of winnings and account closure.

7. Game Rules

7.1 Game Results

All games on the betlah platform — including slots, live casino, sportsbook and table games — operate using a fair and transparent system. Game results are final and cannot be disputed once a round is complete, except in cases of verifiable technical error.

7.2 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error, system disruption, or software malfunction that affects the outcome of a game, betlah reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager. betlah is not responsible for any losses resulting from a player's internet connection failure.

7.3 Sports Betting

For the sportsbook section, all bets are subject to the sports rules set by the game provider. Odds may change up until the match begins. Bets accepted before any significant change in odds will be held at the original value, unless stated otherwise.

8. Prohibitions and Restrictions

Use of the betlah platform is subject to the following prohibitions:

• Using bots, automated software, scripts, or any tool to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Any form of cheating, illegal collusion between players, or game manipulation.
• Using another person's credit card, debit card, or payment method without their authorisation.
• Attempting to launder illegally obtained funds through the betlah platform (money laundering).
• Threatening, abusing, or acting inappropriately toward betlah customer support staff.
• Attempting to hack, breach, or exploit vulnerabilities in the betlah system.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and possible legal action where applicable.

9. Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Closure by Player

You may close your betlah account at any time by contacting the customer support team via live chat or email. All eligible cash balances will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures, subject to the completion of any outstanding wagering requirements.

9.2 Closure by betlah

betlah reserves the right to suspend or close your account without notice if you breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions, or if betlah has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, abuse, or illegal activity. In such circumstances, betlah reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until the investigation is complete.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

10. Limitation of Liability

betlah provides this platform "as is" without any express or implied warranty regarding uninterrupted availability or complete absence of errors. The platform may be unavailable from time to time due to scheduled maintenance or technical disruptions beyond our control.

betlah will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users, including but not limited to loss of profit, business losses, or service disruption arising from the use of or inability to use this platform.

betlah's total liability to any user under any circumstance is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

betlah reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any provision of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior consent from users. Notification of material changes will be provided via announcements on the website, in-app notifications, or through the registered email address.

The date of the most recent update will be shown at the top of this document. Continued use of the betlah platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the latest amendments, you are required to stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.
